Throughout the Formula Rally Championship, Martin Rowe and Justin Dale were the two drivers who established themselves as the pacesetters. Although Martin and Justin dominated the time-sheets on the opening two rounds, the Championship progressed many different drivers set quickest times, illustrating the competitiveness of the championship. However, not only did Justin set more fastest times than any other driver, he was also the only driver to set fastest times on every round of the championship.
