PART 3: SAMPLE PAPERWORK

Usually the co-driver will be responsible for a lot of the pre-event preparation. It is worth putting some effort in to this. A well-organised team will be a lot more efficient and this will reduce the ochances of mistakes being made. This in turn means the crew will be able to focus on driving and co-driving, rather than panicking about things which could have been sorted out before-hand.

Movement Schedule - normally sent to all members of the team approximately 1 week before the event.

  Service Schedule (Part 1)

  Service Schedule (Part 2)

Recce Schedule - on events where we run a Gravel Crew, they would also have a similar looking schedule.

Modern PC's and the Internet make it very easy for anybody to produce very professional-looking paperwork relatively quickly.

www.multimap.co.uk is an excellent source of electronic maps. Also, event websites can be a good source of information which can relatively easily be cut-and-pasted in to your own personal paperwork.
